Our itinerary will begin with a drive along the Corniche, a coastal road that winds along the Doha bay. We’ll pass by traditional wooden Dhow boats and the Museum of Islamic Art before heading to West Bay, Doha’s bustling business district, where we’ll see towering skyscrapers.
After that, we’ll visit Katara, a cultural village that offers a fascinating insight into various aspects of Arabic culture and traditions. From there, we’ll take a short drive to “The Pearl”, a man-made island that boasts an array of luxury shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes away from The Pearl is Lusail, a newly built, supposedly energy-neutral city that hosted the final of the 2022 Football World Cup.
On our way back, we’ll make a stop at Souq Waqif, an Arabic marketplace where modern Qatar meets its rich cultural heritage.
