Desert Safari

We start towards the south of Qatar, past one of the largest liquid gas terminals in the world. Here begins the vast expanse of sandy desert and its infinite dunes, which extend up to the border of Saudi Arabia, just a few kilometers away.

With our off-road vehicle, we drive over steep sand dunes, always in sight of the sea, which digs deep into the desert in this area called the “inland sea”. We pause on the shore for a short Pick-Nick and to stretch our legs in the sand. The boundless sandy beach and crystalline waters of the Arabian Gulf beckon us to take a refreshing dip.

We pass local desert camps and, if you wish, we can go for a short camel ride (not included in the price). We´ll then return to Doha via the well-developed motorway system.
